November

First snow! Our yard didn't have enough snow so the girls made a snowman in the neighbors yard.

And a snow fort with a slide.

We love snow!

Aubrey's beautiful Thanksgiving apple pie.

And Adas delicious peppermint pie.

I hardly took any Thanksgiving pictures. We loved having my parents here in town, made a delicious meal, and played games.

Aubrey bought a Ninja Creami with her birthday money and we have loved making all different kinds of ice cream and smoothie bowls.

Paige's amazing kids art hub drawings.

More homemade ice cream.

And more art hub

Aubrey with her purchase.

Ada made a pavlova that was delicious.

Cute strings girls

And our new table that we love! Facebook marketplace find.

Matching cousin swimmers

And matching missing teeth.

A fresh untouched snowy yard is beautiful, but I think this site is even better. Totally played in yard.

And here comes this season......

Orchestra concert

And gingerbread house creations.

Another picture with my new niece.

And Aubrey tried volleyball and did great. Proud of her for trying something new.

And fun to see her with lots of friends.

And more homemade ice cream!

New Floors

New floors on their way! The girls helping remove the old carpet.

And pulling up nails and staples.

And some progress pics.

Goodbye old floors.

And new! We are happy with how they turned out.

Painting the trim.

And easily wiping up the first mess! Ada's laughing that we documented it.

And we built 4 dressers for the girls in the midst of all of it! Penny was the best helper and really saved me a lot of time.

Halloween

Halloween time. We decided to pick some pumpkins at the farm across the street.

Slicing her choice.

This white one was pretty, but ended up being impossible to carve. Luckily we had an extra.

Lots of beautiful pumpkins. If our own pumpkins don't do well again, we will be back!

And I signed up Paige to go swim and pick out a pumpkin. Yes, pumpkins float! It was a fun outing with her.

Some cool decorations at a house nearby.

The pumpkin carving.

The kids are getting older and a bit more self reliant. I wish I would have gotten better pictures, but they turned out amazing as always.

Penny's cat and Aubreys Mockingjay

Sally from Nightmare before Christmas

Paige had a shark.

And the ward trunk or treat

Paige won the best pumpkin carving award and won a huge chocolate bar. She also won the costume contest. She was not thrilled with all the attention.

A referee and a sorceress.

Black cat and witch.

Headed out Trick-or-Treating!

Happy Halloween 2022!
