New Carpet

Our big mess and chore of the Sumer was getting new carpet. We got rid of the castle bunk bed, and then had to move everything out of the upstairs and basement. It was so much work....I felt like we were packing up the whole house and moving. It was a great opportunity to dejunk and get rid of a lot of stuff. We also moved Aubrey to the basement so everyone has their own room now which is exciting. 

Gross old carpet. Ew...

The workout room...just stuff stuffed everywhere. 

Here it comes!!

We all love it. And everything feels so clean.

Parmenter's Visit

We are so grateful for the Parmenters for making the trip out to see us. It is so special and the kids make such great memories. Oakley and Paige on the swing. 

I didn't realize until I got home that I had cut Penny out of the cousin picture. :(

Uncle Jason brought Grandma for a visit. 

I knew I had some ice cream to help eat up, but once we dug it out of the freezer it was a bit ridiculous.

We also spent an afternoon boating and playing at the lake.
