Haircuts

Big haircuts. I thought for sure Penny would get in the car and be in tears. It was so short and I was a bit traumatized, but she was happy as can be. I think I will avoid letting her go this short again...but she can pull off any cut!

Short hair!

Aubrey cut quite a bit off as well. I thought she would be upset too but she was happy with the fun change. 

Ada just got a trim. I think I got a before picture and no after picture. 

And no cut for Paige. She wants to keep growing hers out. 

 

February Randoms

Paige went to the roller rink with some of her school friends. They sure are cute.

Penny won the character trait and was Student of the Month.

So cute! And they were such pleasant kittens who liked to be held and pet. 

Paige came home sick randomly from school one day, even though she seemed fine. We ended up finding a giveaway that was right up the street from our house. 

First big snow! We missed the biggest one while we were in Hawaii. The snow in general was pretty slim this year. The poor ski resorts hardly had enough to ski on.

I had a brunch and invited a lot of ladies and kids from the ward. It was good to socialize and chat with everyone. 

The girls decorated Book of Mormons one day. Pretty!

We love any cousin time. We got to have them for a whole day while Linda Lee took a bee course. 

And Paige made a paper backpack. 

 

Valentine's Day

Penny's Valentine's Day box that she made for school. 

And the traditional heart cookies. 

Not sure that we did too many other things for Valentine's. The cookies were beautiful!

Skiing

We only made it skiing a couple times this year...I think three times total, and two of those times were in the same week. It just wasn't a good snow year at the mountain. But it was good to be back and it is so nice that all our girls are skiers now and don't need much help. 

Brr...but fun!

Paige got the lucky red chair. Last chair of the night!

Glad we at least made it up there for a couple good days of skiing.
