Hiawatha

Grandma and Grandpa Harvey came into town for the week around Memorial Day. Cameron got called as second counselor in the bishopric and was able to be set apart by his dad. We loved having them here! We played lot of games, went out to eat, and just enjoyed having them here.

Trying the root beer at Crimson Hearth

We also decided to let the girls skip a day of school to bike the Hiawatha. We got one of the best days so far this Spring.

Survived the ride through the longest tunnel!

Waterfall

All the girls biked, and we rented a tag along for Paige. Next time she should be able to bike it herself...if she decides she wants to.

Just some pics from the ride

Lunch break

The chipmunks were happy to see people again! They were very friendly.

A few pictures Bryan took. We got to the end of the ride and the wait for a bus to the start was about an hour. Cameron and I were able to bike back while the girls waited for the bus with Grandma and Grandpa. It was perfect timing as we rode up right as the bus was pulling up as well. We were able to bike through the longest tunnel one last time before heading home.

End of Soccer

This Spring was the wettest, coldest soccer season we have ever had. We all survived...barely. The girls all had great teams and wonderful coaches and we are grateful for all of them! The last soccer day (which is most of these pictures) had near 0% chance of rain and was supposed to be beautiful....and the morning was, but by the afternoon we had hail, pounding rain, and wind. It was so so cold.

The girls and the parents were shivering in this pic.

The moms! Aubrey has been on a team with these ladies' girls for years....as they grown older a lot of them are headed in a different direction. We were sad earlier in the day, around this picture we were all ready to get home.

The girls that have played together for the past 5 years. Aubrey, Tatum, Holland, and Peyton

Paige and a couple of her cute friends.

Another pic of Aubrey and teammates

Ready to rock and roll! Paige came a long way this season and did so well.

And I'm not sure if it is just the age Penny is, but her games were the most fun to watch. She was the second leading scorer on the team this Spring, and is an amazing player.

One more picture of Ada's team

And my little team. It was fun to coach these girls this Spring.

Completely worn out

Snapping a pic of Penny

And watching sisters! Whew...what a season. Here's hoping fall ball is warm and sunny.

Spring Randoms

Aubrey was able to go to her first middle school dance. She had a great time.

She looked so cute and was very excited.

We dropped her off at her friend's house and they all rode together.

Crazy bubble girl

Oakley taught us how good cinnamon is on apples.

We went on a little family walk and took a few pictures to enter a "Get Outside" contest in Spokane. We won! We won a frisbee barrel set.

And had a nice walk enjoying the beautiful spring flowers.

Paige and her dolls.

Not sure why we took this picture of Penny....but it got uploaded to the blog! Guess I'll include it. Haha.

Love my little garden planting helpers.

We got a new rope swing in our backyard and all four of my girls love it. One of my best purchases!

One of Ada's friends from her class was in Matilda. It was a cute show and Ada is dying to act in a play.

And I won some $10 tickets to Hamilton so Cameron and I got to go. It was worth the $20 we spent.

And Paige won her age category in the Lilac Days coloring contest.

And some of dad's beautiful pizza!
