Soccer Randoms

Another soccer season. Another jumble of pictures. Paige's cute team.

And Penny hanging with some teammates.

Paige in action.

Aubrey after an evening game with a beautiful sunset.

Paige lost her first tooth at a game!

And why do I never have pictures of Ada?? I'm going to change that this spring.

Penny's team at her soccer party.

Ada's post season celebration.

Another great season in the books. We sure love watching our girls play. And love all the people we meet through soccer.

Cross Country

So fun seeing the middle school girls in uniform, competing in a sport we love. They changed the rules at the school this year, and 6th graders were allowed the full experience of competing against other schools (Aubrey just got a couple intramural races last year).

So fun to see all the kids race hard and do their best. Both Aubrey and Ada had incredible seasons. Aubrey pushed herself each race and was one of the top 7th graders in the city. Ada ran hard when she wanted, but sometimes just liked to run at a good pace and enjoy the runs rather than go all out. But the ribbons awarded to top 10 at the final race of the season really motivated her! She still claims she enjoys soccer much more than just running.

Both Harvey grandparents and Dalton grandparents were able to make it to a race.

And just lots of running pictures.

9th place finish at the final meet. She raced hard and accomplished her goal.

Cute 6th grade team.

And Aubrey's 7th grade team.

And a couple Mom pics

So grateful for this wonderful program, the coaches that help our girls love the sport. Aubrey ended up 3rd overall at the final race, earning a medal.

And we still love the elementary cross country so much. Penny rocked it! Running so hard and qualifying for the final race in every race she ran.

Our Sunrise Superstar!

Some sun, some rain, typical fall here in Spokane.

And Penny was once again the only girl in her grade from Sunrise to make it to the final meet. She placed 6th overall and ran her heart out. So proud of her. We love her comment, "I start running slow, then I keep running slow, and all of a sudden I'm in the front."

So proud of our girls and how they push themselves. So fun to watch our runners!
