Loose Teeth and May Happenings

Aubrey started with a top loose tooth about a week ago, and now she has 3 loose teeth! One is just barely hanging on so I think the tooth fairy is going to be busy around here very soon!

And Penny chipped her tooth. So sad.

 We love rainy days!

The girls and I went to the bird farm and saw all kids of birds, as well as fed the goats.

We love Daddy!

Flower girls.

Cameron worked this past Saturday and Sunday so I took the girls to the Redlands Art Festival. We had a great time. The girls got free facepaint, crafts, books, and Aubrey bought a cute pair of earrings.

Swings

Church on my own and we are walking with ten minutes to spare! Had to document it!

Penny's new life jacket.

Yesterday the girls and I were headed on a walk and the neighbor's sprinklers were on. We didn't make it too far!

We have been growing carrots. I thought they would be big enough for the girls to pick. Haha.

Our goodbyes to the Iversons over Memorial Day weekend. They will be missed!

And we made one last trip to Disneyland before the summer blockout. It is getting pretty busy, and they were preparing for the Diamond Celebration, but we still had a blast. And Ada got to ride a few more big kid rides.

Mother's Day

We had a great Mother's Day. So grateful for my family and grateful to be a mother and spend my days with my three girls. Cameron and Ada brought home tie dye from their date and so we made shirts for the girls. I happened to have a similar shirt in my closet so we took some matching Mother's Day pictures.

Sunday mornings are always crazy trying to get everyone ready for church. But we made it. Aubrey and Ada got to go up and sing with the primary, and we sent Penny to nursery for the first time (she is only 17 months, but we decided to sneak her in!). And she went right in and stayed for the whole time without a tear. So nice! What a great Mother's Day gift.

Tie dye! They brought home red and pink, so we tried to turn the pink into purple, then tried to make homemade dye, but it all washed out and we were left with pink shirts.

A family from our ward invited us over for dinner and the girls had so much fun playing in the yard and running around. And we enjoyed the company. Then we came home and put the kids to bed and relaxed and ate ice cream. Happy Mother's Day!

Disney with Friends and More!

Last Thursday my friends and I decided to take all the kids to Disneyland. We have had a blast with our passes and will really miss it when we leave California. And of course, what could be more fun than being with a bunch of friends? We had a blast.

We had to take a few pictures when we arrived. Danielle is moving away in a few weeks and we have plenty of pictures of our kids, but none of us together. We have spent hours at the park, pool, and now Disneyland together.

All the kids getting ready for Pirates.

Small World

And Ada and Disneyland don't mix too well. For some reason none of us saw what happened even though she was standing in line with everyone. We think she tripped and hit a sprinkler.

And Caitlyn and I before we called it a day!

Cameron has decided to start taking the girls on dates occasionally. He started last week by taking both girls to A&W and the park, and then this past week took Ada out for donuts.

Silly Ada wanted to eat in Penny's seat for breakfast one day.

My girls.

One of Penny's favorite words to say is Minnie Mouse.

Shorts and cowboy boots.

At the beginning of May we got together for a girls night to say farewell to Danielle. It was a night filled with good food, good conversation, and lots of laughs!

I am going to miss all these girls when it is my turn to leave.

Penny and her princess slippers that used to be mine. We get so many comments on her white hair.

Personal pizza night. I don't think we have ever done this and the girls loved it.

This bug was huge. You really can't tell in the picture. Ada tried to pick it up.

We had a couple cold days last week and the mountains near us got a couple inches of snow. A teacher from Aubrey's school lives in the mountains and her car was covered. So we were able to make a few snowballs. Fun for us Californians to see snow in May!
