Christmas & Blessing

We were able to bless Aubrey on Sunday Decemeber 27, 2009. Both Cameron's family and my family were all in town. It was so much fun to have everyone together.

We spent Christmas with my family at a big cabin in Liberty, Utah. We had a blast and it was great to have everyone under one roof. We spent the week sledding, watching movies, eating delicious food, and having a great time. The picture above is of my niece Lydia and me after going down the hill in the sled.

Aubrey loved the mini tree that my grandparents brought up to the cabin.

We built a fire in the pit in the back of the cabin. We loved standing around the fire and talking and staying warm even though it was pretty cold in Liberty all week.

Aunt Lindsey bought all three girls the same outfit. So cute!

Aubrey got this cute Christmas stocking (handmade by Uncle Todd and Aunt Leigh). We had a wonderful week and already miss everyone.

Tummy Time

I haven't been too good about letting Aubrey have Tummy Time, but today we got out the mat that Cameron's cousin Laurie gave us, and I can't say that she loved it completely yet, but she did so good and didn't cry! She is really starting to hold her head up well. It is so exciting to watch her grow and learn.

Strollers

I know that I just blogged recently, but I couldn't help but post these pictures. I love it when Cameron is able to spend the day with Aubrey and me. Since this weeks is finals week, Cameron didn't have to go to class this morning. Instead he studied for a few hours and went and took his second test. Only 1 more to go! When he got home, Aubrey was a little fussy. We changed her, tried to feed her, burped her, etc., but she was still a bit fussy. Cameron was trying to calm her down and succeeded. I thought maybe he had bounced her a little or got a burp out, but he came out of Aubrey's room pushing her in her umbrella stroller with this expression on her face (in the picture above). She looks so proud of herself. It is too bad that it is so cold out and that we got so much snow last night. We already can't wait for spring!

Aubrey smiling at Daddy for taking her on a ride around the apartment.

Aunt Lindsey gave Aubrey the cute strawberry pants.

Our running stroller arrived yesterday. We really can't wait to get out and use this as well. Aubrey will have to grow a little bit, but she loves it just as much as her umbrella stroller. She just sat there and stared at us. We also have a weather shield that will allow us to go out in the wind, rain, etc. But, it needs to warm up a bit before we go anywhere.

Below are just a couple more pictures from this morning. We have had a great day!

Church Dresses, Bath Time, and More

Aubrey enjoyed wearing these two cute dresses to church the past couple weeks. Both of them belong to Cameron's sisters from when they were babies.

Aubrey loves the bath. She always calms down and just relaxes when she get to have a bath. Pretty soon she will be splashing around!

Cameron's great grandma knitted a bunch of things while they were growing up. Because Cameron mowed her lawn, he got to choose what he wanted her to make him out of her big book of animals. He chose this magic rabbit. Aubrey will probably like it more in a few months ;).

Just a few more cute pictures I had to post. We love it when Aubrey smiles. It makes our day!

Aubrey's First Basketball Game

Aubrey had so much fun at her first Weber State basketball game last night. We weren't sure how she would handle all the noise, but she was really good. She was so content just to sit there and stare around at everything that was going on. We knew she was really tired, but she kept her eyes open so she wouldn't miss a thing! Weber played the Utah Utes and pulled out a big win. It was a close game, and we had a blast getting out and being with some of our friends.

Our little family at the game.

Aubrey just hanging out with Daddy.

We were right next to the band, but it didn't seem to bug her at all. She loved it!

Not quite sure what to think of everything.

Earlier in the day, Aubrey was all smiles! She looks so cute in all her new clothes from Cameron's Aunt.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at Cameron's Grandparents home. Aubrey wasn't sure what to think of all the people, so she was a little fussy during the day. Right before we headed home, everyone left and Aubrey was able to show Great Grandma and Grandpa Brough her smiles!

Just hanging out!

Cameron's Aunt Carrie gave us a box of baby clothes that her 6 month baby has outgrown. It has been fun to dress up Aubrey in new outfits. It will only be a few more weeks before she is out of the newborn clothes and onto the next size!

These pants are from one of my baby showers. I love the ruffles! They are still too big, but I had to put them on.

I love this last picture. After a night feeding, I brought Aubrey into Cameron while I turned off lights and everything. I came in, and Cameron had set her up on his pillow to get a burp out, and she fell asleep. She was so cute I didn't want to move her!
